LaDonna, Farrar, General Manager - Allow me to introduce myself. My name is LaDonna Farrar, born in Arkansas, raised in California, moved to the State of Washington in 1960. While in Washington, I was a real estate sales associate for a number of years, and later, an employee of the Social Security Administration. I and my husband Bill (who was a real estate Broker for more years than he cares to admit) began our second career in real estate in Mexico in 1999 and are thoroughly enjoying the interaction with people that the business allows.     David is a native of Ajijic, married with 4 children, he now lives in the nearby village of San Antonio Tlayacapan. David has family in Mexico and California and, in fact, lived for several years in the New Jersey area and is totally bilingual. He has many years of property management and has recently moved into the sales division.

    Manuel García Rojas, a native of Argentina, lived in the U.S. for 25 years before retiring with his Mexican wife to her hometown of Ixtlahuacan (near Chapala). Manuel has worked in the real estate industry in Mexico since 1990 and is thoroughly familiar with the area and values of property, both land and construction.     Don is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and a graduate of Boston University. For 23 years he owned a screen-process printing business in the Boston area.  He was very active in the Big Brother Association and the Leukemia Society and was on the Board of Directors of both organizations. He sold his business in 1988 and moved to Hollywood, Florida. In Florida, he managed a large screen-process supply company, most of his responsibility being in the sales area. Don moved to Mexico in September of 2004 and loves it,  presently living at Lake Chapala in Mirasol.

    Michael is a native of New York, New York and has lived throughout the United States. During Michael´s Texas period, he was a top producing realtor in Galveston. Also, while in Galveston, Michael was actively involved with the Historical Foundation and the renovation and restoration of run down properties. In fact, one of Michael´s homes was featured in Galveston´s Historical Foundation´s annual Homes Tour. Michael also sold real estate in Jacksonville, Florida where he represented many builders and developers. In Pensacola, Florida, Michael sold real estate and was one of the owners of a very successful vitamin supplement retail and e-commercial store. Five years ago, Michael bought his first property in Ajijic as an investment for future retirement, sold it and purchased another. Since he was successful with investment property here at Lakeside, Michael decided to make the move to live full time in Ajijic.
